Physical Training (better known as PT)

The PT team elements consist of sit-up, pushup, quarter-mile, and hundred yard dash teams. Members of the PT team meet two times a week on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 0600-0700, and frequently on Saturday mornings. Any variety of events can happen during these meetings. Sometimes its calisthenics, motivational runs, PT tests, or relays. The team continues to set the standard in the pushup and sit-ups events. Each member has a sense of pride in the event he or she excels at. Overall PT has a physical and mental uplifting on all its members.
